What’s included at launch

• Up to five standard informational pages with customized responsive design for phones, tablets, and desktops.
• One contact or quote-request form, including email delivery while your plan is active.
• One available, non-premium .com domain, or connection of an existing domain.
• Website hosting and SSL for an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Basic search metadata and a sitemap—not an ongoing SEO campaign.
• Two consolidated revision rounds before launch.

What you provide: your business information, logo, and available photos. We agree on the scope using those materials, and you approve the finished website before launch.

AFTER LAUNCH

Ongoing care, with clear limits

• Hosting, SSL, and ordinary renewals for the one included domain while your subscription is active.
• One consolidated content-update request per monthly billing period, covering up to 30 minutes of routine text, photo, pricing, service, or business-hours changes.
• Unused update time does not roll over to the next month.
• Website support by email. There is no same-day or 24/7 response guarantee.

The monthly plan does not include these services. We discuss any additional work and its price with you before starting:

• Extra pages, major redesigns, or content updates beyond the monthly allowance.
• Ecommerce, payment systems, advanced booking systems, memberships, and custom integrations or applications.
• Logo and brand development, professional photography, extensive copywriting, and marketing or SEO campaigns.
• Hosted business mailboxes and their setup. Email delivery from your website’s contact form is included; a business mailbox is not.
• Premium domains and additional domains.

YOUR BUSINESS ASSETS

Your domain and supplied content stay yours

You own your domain and the logo, photos, writing, and other content or assets you supply.

If WeBuildAWeb registers a domain for you, we manage it in our account on your behalf, with you identified as the registrant. We help release or transfer control when you leave. Domain release and transfer assistance do not require payment of the website-file handoff fee.

External registrar transfer and renewal charges become your responsibility when you leave. Registrar locks and procedures may delay a transfer, so we cannot promise an instantaneous transfer. Cancelling website hosting does not delete your domain registration.

Your subscription provides the website design and build as part of our managed service. Moving a copy of the completed website files elsewhere is covered by the optional handoff below.

IF YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE

Cancel without a penalty

Email webuildaweb@outlook.com before your next billing date to cancel future renewals.

There is no cancellation penalty or prorated refund. Hosting, content updates, and support continue through your current paid billing period and then end. Registrar transfer delays do not extend the paid hosting period.

You do not have to purchase a website handoff to cancel. Your domain and the content you supplied remain yours whether or not you request website files.
